WOODLAND BEACH RESORT POLICIES

CHECK-IN 3:00pm

Early arrivals $50.00 per hour if not approved before.

CHECK OUT 9:00am

Late departures $50.00 per hour if not approved before.

PET CHARGES

$95 per pet per week or $15 per pet per night and must sign pet agreement. We reserve the right to refuse pets.

QUIET TIME

Quiet time is from 10:00pm - 8:00am everyday.

STORE/OFFICE HOURS

8:00am - 6:00pm, till 5:00 on Sundays.

DAY VISITORS / OVERNIGHT GUESTS

We must be notified prior to arrival the names and number of day visitors and overnight guests. and length of stay.

Day Guest: $10.00 per person / per day.

Overnight Guest: $40.00 per person / per night (over age 2).

                                $150.00 per person / per week (over age 2)

We reserve the right to limit or refuse visitors.

DEPOSITS

Deposit of 50% of the total reservation. 

CANCELLATIONS

Deposits can be refunded up to 50% only if the reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to arrival date and we are able to re-rent the cabin.  Cancellations 30 days or less, the total amount of the reservation is due if we are unable to re-rent the cabin.  Cancellation fee of $100 will be deducted from the deposit.

MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES

Boat slip (1): $35 per day or $70 per week
All larger boats require prior approval. Let us know size of boat.

Pontoon slip (1): $70.00 per day or $140.00 per week
All pontoons require prior approval. Let us know size of pontoon.

Free to Use Woodland Beach Resort Guests Only

  • Paddle Boards/Kayaks
  • Paddle Boat
  • Canoe

 

NIGHTLY STAYS 

There is a 3 night minimum stay. Stays of less than 3 nights will be assessed a 25% additional charge per night.

All prices subject to change. All prices subject to 6.875% Minnesota Sales Tax and .5% County Tax.

 
ADDITIONAL RULES
  • All visitors must register at office.
  • Visitors are not allowed to bring pets.
  • Bon fires in designated areas only; using our wood only, sold at store.
  • No smoking in any cabins or building.
  • No tents or camping
  • No fireworks
  • No ATV, UTV or golf carts in resort unless approved in advance.

*We reserve the right to substitute cabins of equal or greater size/price when required.
